Marshall County Schools Kindergarten registration 2008-2009 Cornersville Elementary
When: Tuesday, April 29, 2008 Time: 3:00 - 6:00 Where: Cornersville Elementary School
Parents who are registering children for kindergarten in the Marshall County School System for the 2008-2009 school year should bring the following information with them: 1. Official birth certificate - NOT MOTHER'S COPY 2. Child's social security card 3. Official Immunization record - NOT BLUE CARD 4. Current physical examination 5. Proof of residency
Children must be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2008 in order to attend kindergarten during the 2008-2009 school year.
If you have further questions, contact the school offices at the numbers listed below or the Attendance Office at the Marshall County Board of Education (359-1581) or Cornersville Elementary (293-2327). Please come and register your child on this day even if your child's immunization record is not complete. You can bring that at a later date. |
